The Challenge Center is committed to provide skilled physical therapy, specialized fitness and wellness programs to rehabilitate, raise the level of independence, and improve the quality of life for children, adults and seniors with severe disabilities, as well as their families and caregivers. The Challenge Center serves people of all ages with disabilities, including Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson’s Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or any disease state that has significantly impacted a person’s level of function.
